Job Summary:

•We need you to make better quality and efficiency on manufactory processes and products by solution researching and developping

We need you

•Actively understand customer’s needs and expectation, quickly react on customer’s needs

• Ensure process techniques are in alignment with Bosch Quality requirement

• Work with counterpart to develop, verify and validate products from process development to successful industrialization

You Can

•Design and develop processes to optimize process flow, improve process capability, for capable,reliable, robust, as well as high efficiency and cost effectiveness

•Evaluate current processes and research new technologies to provide recommendations for high effiecncy/effectiveness

•Determine process capability for all developed processes

•Lead/Support problem solving for daily manufactory high level process related issues

•Deeply involve in digital transformation to continuously improve organization efficiency

•Provide training and guildance to Engineers/Technicians as needed

•Education: Bachelor in Mechanical/Physic/Engineering/Statistic.

•Working Experience: With good communication Skills and at least 5 years experience in High Tech Automotive Manufacturing Environment with pressing, staking, laser, screwing and vision experience.

•Knowledge/Skills： Problem Solving， Statistics，Mechnical Engineering, IATF16949, Lean Manufacture.

•Language：Fluent English communication skills.
