职位描述

•Order Management: According to buyout procurement process to handle Order Management of responsible BU towards suppliers. Ensure all procurement orders are fulfilled by suppliers according to BU requirements on on-time delivery and availability. Provide update information to BU on delivery schedule.

•Supplier Management: Monitoring suppliers delivery performance (Supplier Service Level), lead-time, and to ensure continuous improvement. Inform and implement Bosch supply chain requirements towards suppliers Implement bottleneck management and buyout supplier escalation process.

•Project Development Plan: Responsible for all logistics related tasks during product development. Support in ramp-up planning and production scheduling during launch phase.

•Communication, coordination: Act as interface between BU and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and information. Closely co-ordinate with BU and other departments within Buyout Organization to solve problems on logistics issues.

•Customer Service: Ensure fulfillment of customer (BU) requirements on service level, lead-time, flexibility, and other specific topics.

任职条件

•3-5years practical working experiences in procurement, production planning order management area

•communication skills in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

•oriented (information sharing, experience exchange, help with troubleshooting)

•and willing to learn, willing to take responsibility.

•attitude on problem solving; result-orientated, customer-orientated.

•to work under pressure; and analytical and well-structured.

•(excel, word), and presentation skills (MS Power Point)

•in SAP R/3 advantageous
