RESPONSIBILITIES (including main purpose of job):
•Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as
divisional mission and strategies.
•Work with team to build strategies,internal training&education plans and programs.
•Lead and implement professional education programs in a seamless and timely manner through appropriate engagement of external and internal stakeholders.
•Evaluate SH existing training modules to assess their effectiveness and appropriateness in developing a high performance SH team. Lead and execute a comprehensive training program to ensure that SH achieve sales target by closing the gaps in training and development of the technical competencies.
•Identify and develop key SH centres of excellence(COE) in China, maintain and develop KOL pool.
•Support SH digital platform, deliver training information and materials timely to enhance SH branding.
•Work with global/APAC training team and other key stakeholders for global AM system certification localization, for therapy standardization.
•Support marketing or sales team on national®ional physician training.
•Develop training module materials to improve SH team technical competency.
•Ensure excellent and professional execution.

•Medical Device Industry and local trends knowledge.
•Mastering complexity through superior analytical skills.

•Influencing and Communication skills.
•Customer Orientation / KOL relationships building and management.
•Results and performance driven.
•Excellent spoken and written of English and local language.

•Other Special requirement:
Bachelor Degree - 10+ years of relevant experience
Master Degree - 8+ years of relevant experience
Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
