【What You Will Do:】
1. Take full responsibilities for CIP business of China.
2. Meet or exceed agreed CIP sales targets by sustaining the current level of business with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities to increase levels of business activity and revenue.
3. Pipeline management, CRM/Sales force, and production of sales forecast.
4. Distributor development and support.
5. Solution and value selling in liaison with company experts
Management of all aspects of account, including customer sales and liaison with the Project Manager to ensure a complete solution is offered.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Chemical engineering/Business or related discipline.
2. Five years’ experience in technical sales/application environment in Pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong sales skill in both direct customer and distributor management.
4. Result driven and self-motivated, team player, work independently, and good communication skills.
5. Good command of English in listening, reading, and writing.
