Responsibilities:
Flagship Store Merchandising
•Lead flagship store merchandising followed Tmall & JD's& Tiktok promotion calendar and ensure images in line with brand tone & manner.
•Optimize page layout, product displaying and site navigation by tracking and analyzing the
conversion rate so as to generate more sales.
•Provide brief to brand marketing team or TP for store merchandising content assets
•inside media assets optimization,improve CTR;
•store live room design and host image control in line with branding and different platform game rules.
Store Livestreaming
•Work with channel owners and Responsible for live streaming GMV target deliver
•Enhance all online platforms' livestreaming room image ( decoration / pdt display / livestreamer )
•Manage its daily operation including content/editorial development and execution.
•Keep tracking of and analyze competitors activity and improve Klorane activity
Short Videos
•plan and guide agency to deliver short videos for all online platforms timely with quality
•Ensure hit post ratio and short video UV contribution to store business
•Keep tracking of and analyze competitors short videos and improve Klorane videos
•make sure paid short videos format can deliver ROI
Campaign support
•Consolidate pitching deck for major platform-wise marketing resources, e.g. Super Fans Day, Super Brand Day to generate more brand awareness as well as GMV Online
•Deck reponsable
( Special important meeting consolidation for all department, regular deck belongs to EC)
- IP pitch deck preparation
- Platform requested deck preparation
Requirements
1. 1-3 years e-commerce operation experience, T-mall or Tiktok is must.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills
3. Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility
