Position Summary:
Through data integration and analysis, achieve channel synergy, identify growth opportunities, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and enhanced user experience, ultimately driving business growth.
Data Collection & Integration
- Gather and consolidate sales, customer, and market data from online/offline channels (e.g., e-commerce, retail stores, social media).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Strategy Optimization
- Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies in omni-channel operations.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to improve ROI, customer engagement, and revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Bachelor‘s Degree, with over 3 years work experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (excel is enough) and PPT skill
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Strong Experience with offline business or offline CRM data analysis, with basic knowledge of EC commerce
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Willing to learn and work in pressure
