Responsibilities:

• Support managers to project manage M&A transactions

• Prepare deal documents such as teaser, term sheet & information memorandums;

• Build financial models and conduct valuation analysis;

• Conduct industry research and participate in deal origination activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience at investment banks / Corporate Finance or M&A teams at other Big 4s, or corporate development/in-house investment teams of large corporations;

• Degree in economics/accounting/business/finance, with at least one professional qualification (CFA, CICPA and ACCA etc.);

• Diligent and detail-oriented;

• Highly self-motivated and able to deliver results under minimal supervision;

• Curious and open-minded, passionate about deal making;

• Team player with excellent people & communication skills;

• Very fluent in English
