Responsibility:

-Lead and support highrise team in global R&D projects related to systems and processes that drive best in class product life cycle management, definition, configuration, automation, and design with guidance from global tool manager. 

-Strong communication background, needs to be able to communicate with functional teams across the Highrise Team.

-Promote global parameterize of products and associated engineering rules by implementing standards, templates, and best practices for Highrise.

-Coordinate with global product managers and manufacturing to development a globally harmonized product structure that facilitate component sharing and product configuration within Highrise.

-Ensure product change processes in Highrise follow global best practices.

Requirements:

-Bachelor of Engineering.

-More than 3 years work experience in tool application.

-Fluent in oral and written English.

-Proficient in MS office tool(Word/Excel/PPT).

-Knowledge of Engineering IT Application systems, Implementation of CAD/PLM/ERP systems (workflow tools for industrial products) preferred.
