About the Role

 

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail – oriented assistant business controlling manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for nationwide performance control, acting as a key business partner to brand and driving digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decision – making through data – driven insights.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

         

1.      Nationwide performance review

 

·      Prepare Daily/ Weekly sales tracking report for all brands, identify any outstanding performance based on the target and latest trend among different channels.

·      Tracking sales performance during holidays and commercial opportunities.

·      Monitor monthly inventory across channels, seasons and product categories.

·      Perform monthly competitor performance analysis, and deep dive analysis by city and by shopping mall.

·      Support ad – hoc business analysis and reporting requested by management team.

 

2.      Business Partner – Miu Miu

 

·      Closely work with retail team on budget/ forecast sales evolution, incorporating recent trends and new initiative impacts to ensure accurate projection. Different scenarios models to assess potential business outcomes and support decision making.

·      Validate monthly sales target by store and by category based on the recent trend, sales achievement and commercial opportunities.

·      Evaluate mall promotion performance and develop ROI frameworks to measure activity effectiveness.

·      Get involved in real – estate project analysis for renewal/ new opening and renovation, including sales forecast, commercial terms and P&L management. Coordinate with related teams to prepare the slides of survey package.

·      Other ad – hoc business studies to support decision – making.

 

3.      Digitalization & Process Improvement

·      Digital transformation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiencies and automation.

·      Identify opportunities to optimize business process through data analytics and system improvement. 

任职条件

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

 

·      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field.

·      8 Years of working experience in business controlling, financial planning & analysis, or retail/ commercial analytics.

·      Experience in retail/ fashion/ luxury industry is higher preferred.

·      Strong proficiency in Excel/ Power BI and ERP system (SAP etc.)

·      Ability to work cross – functionally with Merchandising, Retail, E – Commerce, Finance etc.

·      Strong organizational and analytical skills must be detail oriented

·      Excellent English written and communication skill.
