• Responsible for VIP business, including sell-in and sell-out goals

• Design VIP strategy, mechanism and product portfolio, and work to closely with partners and external TP to drive sales

• Build strong relationship to VIP client to gain platform resources

• Responsible for VIP budget management and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly target.

• Over 2 years with solid experience in VIP

• Experience in cosmetics or personal care related brand a plus

• Strong communication skills and business sense

• Familiar with VIP business model

• Can work across teams and adapt well in a fast-paced moving environment

• Passion of creation and trial to achieve target
