You will join a highly skilled and multi-functional Software Development Team within the Radio R&D organization. This team is at the forefront of applying AI technologies to improve the development and performance of Ericsson’s next-generation radio products. We work in Lean and Agile environments, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing. As part of this dynamic team, your mission will be to accelerate development efficiency and enhance product performance and quality using state-of-the-art AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and apply AI/ML solutions to solve complex problems in radio product development.
- Collaborate with internal Ericsson AI teams and RF product experts to co-develop and deploy AI tools across the radio product portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases in Radio/RAN or relevant industry applications.
- Implement machine learning models and algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Handle large datasets: perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature extraction, and quality validation.
- Contribute to embedded system design and architecture with AI-driven optimizations.
- Participate in Agile development processes, cross-functional team collaboration, and regular improvement cycles.
