Description for Internal Candidates
Interaction & Ergonomics engineer to deliver program Attribute target setting, Attribute target achievement, Ford/Lincoln requirement sign off.
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Lead vehicle level attribute target set, engineering development and design verification:
•Prior PSC - Responsible for:
• Ford/Lincoln requirement cascade
• Studio design theme assessment
• Control Layout & Usage developing
•PSC to FDJ - Responsible for:
• Studio surface and C&M assessment and issue resolution
• Engineering specification assessment and issue resolution
• Control Layout &Usage update and maintenance
• Deviation process
• Design assessment completion and FEDE DVP sign off
•DCV to FEC - Responsible for:
• Prototype vehicle objective physical testing and issue resolution
• Prototype vehicle subjective evaluation and sign off
• Blue tag approval
• Physical test completion and FEDE DVP sign off.
Support vehicle launch events:
•Technically support JV partner for Ford LQOS system as required.
•Support the design issues solution during launch events.
•Support launch drive events as LVEA representative.
I&E capability enhancement:
•Developing more customer centralized I&E assessment process
•Developing China market new NEV control and switch strategy
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
•> 3 years Ergo working experience
•CATIA CAD view and certain CAD drawing skill
•Computer Skills (Microsoft suite - Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access)
•Familiar with General Product Development Process
•Clear logic for mind expression
•Flexible Mindset for urgent jobs/ interactions with Senior Management
•Initiative and proactive, Highly motivated self-starter
•Good vehicle drive and evaluation skills
