职位描述

Job Purpose and Impact

Business Pocess Optimization and Sales Operations and Enablement Manager will be responsible for APAC/NA executing sales enablement strategies to develop and implement end to end processes and change management to ensure the adoption of sales enabling tools, processes and technologies driving sales growth. Optimize end to end integrated business processes while working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to enable a strong process culture within the business. The position need provide expertise and insight to drive business readiness and stabilize processes. Skilled in data and financial analysis, and able to combine business realities to provide valuable business insights. Lead continuous improvement and set best practice of sales process guiding sales team step by step through the most effective actions to liberate sales bottlenecks and get the most out of the sales pipeline.

Key Accountabilities

-Strong background in finance, systems or sales operation to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, eliminating inefficiencies, and aligning cross-functional workflows with organizational strategic goals.

-Gather insights, review relevant processes and partner with cross functional teams to continuously provide customized valueable business report based on sales team requirement and able to deep dive into data with business insights

-Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive go to market initiatives, make data driven decisions and leverage customer insights and innovative ideas to support sales growth with OPP and Risk analysis

-Guide the sales team to understand the customer master data and lead the execution for the assigned area.

-Drive adoption and continuous improvement of customer relationship management tools and technologies, translating business needs into right technical approaches, enhancing the efficiency of existing ones and incorporating industry best practices and new technology.

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Engineering

MBA or equivalent preferred.

-Working experience in designing and implementing new processes and tools with project management skill

-Data analytical skill with excellent Excel

-Minimum of 8~10 years of related work experience

-Strong influence and critical thinking capability in complexity handling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Sales and Finance operation background is preferred

-IT or system knowledge

-Consultant experience with good presentation skill

-Power BI knowledge

-Solid execution and drive change experience
