Communication deliveries:
Drive field implementation by working with CU/EC sales and trade marketing teams collaboratively
Drive omni-channel growth with communication and promotion
Explore media to shelf effective for offline, from mass communication to harvest in in-store
Precise mass media communication
Explore TikTok Quaker model of social seeding to gain share in TikTok
Co-work with O2O to develop Quaker’s penetration with efficiency improvement
Business deliveries:
Drive VA core line penetration by switch competitor cereal user to QKR
Improve core line GM for sustainable growth
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 6 years marketing in FMCG, end to end experience as must
Good strategy thinking to think about communication and activation strategy
Strong analytical skills with process-oriented mentality
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with FMCG multi-national companies and/or ad agencies preferred
Good English speaking, writing, and reading ability
Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage ambiguity
Good ability to effectively manage ambiguity
