1. As a global project manager to lead global projects deployment at vascular sites including Maximo, EMS, BMS, automation, energy saving projects etc. through the process mapping to identify the right approach with same standard, lead the project core teams from each site and business unit functional team together to deliver the global projects
2. Drive Engineering standard practice to align with quality requirement, like new EMS system, Calibration and Maintenance excellence
3. As BU Capital officer to lead BU Capital expenditures allocation and create metrics across the network that drive visibility and measurable improvements, as BU representative to join and report out at Division capital review meetings with SVP and BU VPs together. And be as key connect point for Division and GES team to perform standard capital management practice, like FEP, PEP etc.
4. As Affordability automation workstream leaders to lead and deliver all engineering projects execution on time within budget and generate exactly savings as promised
5. The candidate must have a broad background of industry best practices and performance metrics, as well as financial and capital project acumen. This role will interface (calls/emails) with Division, GES, sites and functions in countries all around the world, requiring flexibility in communication and cultural sensitivities.
