Job Purpose:

As part of Bosch’s R/3 to S/4 HANA transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate activities related to the SAP WM module. The role focuses on managing internal WM expert teams, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate SAP WM module activities within the I2D PST team.
• Serve as the key interface between I2D, relevant stakeholders, customers, and the central project organization.
• Drive the successful implementation and migration of SAP WM processes from R/3 to S/4 HANA.
• Identify risks and issues early, and actively manage them through proper communication and escalation.
• Ensure project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular alignment sessions with stakeholders and customers.
• Provide support in solution design, testing, training, and deployment activities related to WM processes.
• Report project status and progress transparently to I2D and global project leadership.

• At least 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP projects, preferably with a focus on WM/EWM modules.
• Functional experience in SAP WM and/or EWM and the interface processes to the connected process areas, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management and user support and training​
• Experience in S/4 HANA migration projects is highly preferred.
• Good competence concerning warehouse management solutions in automotive industry ​
• Ability to coordinate a larger number of team members and project activities, considering schedules and priorities ​
• Team-player, self-organized, structured, responsible and goal-oriented​
• Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions​
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics​
• Excellent command of English, German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel
