•„Global assistant buyer role in purchasing.

•„SAP contract management including deviation management(Prices, terms, missing contracts, Invoice deviations, etc.).

•„Supporting the strategic buyers with daily administrative tasks.

•„ECR coordination and support within and out of purchasing.

•„Supporting the strategic buyers to issue shopping cart requests and PO’s for samples/tooling.

•„Ensuring that all contracts are managed according to mitigation controls.

•„Act as SAP key user and DSP role in purchasing.

•„Manage small volume suppliers if necessary.

•„Personality: diligent, attentive and with high sense of responsible, open minded and high spirit of team work.

•„Working Practice: Structured working and high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation.

•„IT Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft tools e.g. excel, ppt, powerBi, experiences with SAP is preferred.

•„Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years of administrative or purchasing experiences is preferred.

•„Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
