Set up and maintain final assembly process, set up and maintain standard time. Including:

•New product process design/development, and work instruction preparation. Propose on DFMA with quality and cost consideration.

•Fixture and equipment design for products and production lines, line and fixture release.

•Mass production supporting, problem solving.

•Improve current line, process and fixture with quality, cost, and delivery consideration.

•Understand and implement lean production system / principles.

•Continuous improvement on existing production fixture, process, and line to improve quality, cost and delivery, enhance productivity.

•Documentation: PFMEA, control plan and work instruction

•ECN follow up, validation and implementation.

•Product production standard time estimation/determination and maintain.

•Line and production capacity planning.

•Line layout design and line set up, technical requirement design.

Working Experience:

1.Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing engineering and/or industrial engineering experience.

2.Familiar with common assembly processes, e.g., gluing, hot melting, screwing, soldering, laser marking, etc.

3. Mechanical design experience on fixture, semi-automatic/ automatic machine design, I

4.0, IoT experience is preferred.

4. work experience in global enterprises is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

1.Bachelor degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, industrial engineering background.

2.Engineering technology or other related areas. Automotive industry background is preferred.

3.Solid knowledge of manufacturing process of electronic products, knowledge of TS16949 is preferred.

4.Familiar with problem solving skill, Mechanical design of fixture and simple machine is prefferd

5. knowledge of black belt are preferred.

6. Oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
