Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all commercial aspects of the project

2. Manage contractual obligations, like FIDIC, etc.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

4. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

5. Lead negotiations on contracts and variations.

6. Monitor project performance and report figures to senior management.

7. Assist Supply Chain and Finance to negotiate subcontract / insurances / bonds / guarantees.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in large-scale building or offshore wind projects.

2. Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.

3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

5. Accustomed to fast-paced/high-pressure work

6. Proactive

7. OWF projects experience preferred
