To ensure MARS QMP Quality Management System, global standards and ISO9001 implementation in site, compliance with China local regulatory, and quality competency building.
The work scope include but not limited to Mars QMP and ISO9001 system implementation and local regulatory compliance, food safety risk assessment, quality capability building, and drive for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
•
Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, Food Chemistry or Food Engineering
•
Above 3 years QA experience in sizable multinational food company
•
Fluent speaking and written English capability, good computer operation and effective communication skill.
•
Full knowledge of quality management system – ISO9001, and quality program GMP/Hygienic design. Familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
What will be your key responsibilities?
•
Maintain and enhance Mars Quality Management system. Ensure full compliance and effectiveness of Mars QMP, Mars Q&FS standards. Follow up system deviation with CAPA and identify system opportunity.

Work closely with cross function team for quality & food safety risk assessment of ingredient, package material and semi/finished goods , to ensure full compliance with China Food Regulatory & Mars standard.
•
Coordinate for all verification activities: Mars QMP compliance audit, fresh-eye audit, and Quality inspection program. To verify Mars quality management system at heathy status.
•
Lead quality capability training program, build up quality expert pool and quality capability for all associates.
•
Promote quality culture and enhance quality awareness throughout the whole site
