Job objectives:
Build and maintain a confident relationship with the Customer across all customer organizations.
Manage and develop the business in order to optimize revenue by customer over the whole life of Airbus products, services and solutions.
Provide accurate forecasts of Airbus business within the account.
Represent Airbus interest in relevant associations, and lead for Public Affairs when appropriate.
Manage and drive analytical support to the Sales & Support team by pro-actively researching and analyzing commercial/market/competition data as well as presenting results and recommendations in an effective manner
Manage and drive various assigned tasks as well as various assigned regular reporting and administrative tasks
Primary responsibilities:
To ensure highest possible level of customer satisfaction and feedback to Satair relevant functions or relevant Satair management on areas of required improvement
To meet goals and success criterions for sales/marketing tasks in own sales area
To plan/manage/coordinate own sales and activity plans in close cooperation with Head of Sales and Support and Satair (Beijing) Co Ltd’s other Departments
To collect and feedback market intelligence into the organization to ensure qualified services towards the customers.
To create and work with customer account plans within own sales area
To provide regular reporting updates on customers and competitive landscape within own sales area
To ensure/create general sales initiatives, follow up and response
To ensure the establishment of a correct pricing and quotation in own sales areas resulting in optimum profit
To meet sales budget for own sales area based on overall evaluation of the total sales potential in own sales area
To develop knowledge of products, competitors and political and inter-cultural conditions
To monitor and report conditions in the market place of importance to Satair (Beijing) Co Ltd’s competitive ability, including competitor behavior and activities
To keep the Head of Sales and Support informed about any divergence from agreed budgets and plans including mitigating action to underperformance
To participate in the promotion of cross and up-selling strategies towards growth accounts
Where relevant/required to assist the Product Marketing Department furnishing Satair’s suppliers with information on market conditions and assist/participate in customer meetings
Provide product quotation on the customers’ portals to boost sales opportunities
Secondary responsibilities:
Lead and conduct various data analysis to identify gaps against AOP/Budget/Forecast, potential opportunities and business drivers and make proposals on most effective means to achieve regional commercial objectives
Participate in and contribute to the regular Budgeting and Forecasting exercises
Track the sales development of Services and Product Lines and manage regular progress reviews with relevant stakeholders (Head Of Region, Heads Of Sales, Account Directors, Product Managers, etc.)
Collect data from company data repositories (e.g: SAC, C4C etc), Monthly Regional Sales Reviews and other sales reports for analysis of past sales to determine trends and recommend improvement actions
Monitor and manage the Sales Pipeline and provide regular updates and reports to Management
Produce manage, develop, standardize and present various sales reports to Management
Lead the follow-up and updating of open ASCN market/sales related actions both internally and externally
Be the lead organizer for the arrangement of internal meetings and events
Support and contribute to the creation, development and overview of Strategy Plans, Sales Plans, Customer Account Plans etc.
Lead the preparation for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviews and deliver workshops with commercial outcomes, etc.
Conduct research into and report to management on market developments and competition
Manage Sales & Support team data maintenance in Satair systems as and when required
Take minutes and register actions from Sales & Support team and other ASCN relevant meetings and manage the action trackers
Be the focal of process improvement and performance on commercial domain
To drive and complete any other tasks assigned by management
