• Upload payment forecasts/manual bank balance in Treasury system (ION).

• Daily cash management and prepare internal transfer on e-bank. Coordinate with Accounting team on the intercompany payment, dividend payment and royalty payment.

• Administer bank accounts, including open / close accounts, information maintenance if anything changes, annual review, KYC etc.

• Support the internal control and external compliance processes relating to treasury, such as: audit requirement, SAFE FX inspection, bank account annual check, etc.

• Support internal or external financing processes, like intercompany loans, RMB cross border pool, external financing, and draft discounting etc.

• Interact with related banks and government authorities (SAFE, PBOC) at operational level, in relation to bank accounts, settlements, foreign exchange, loan administration, etc.

• Due Diligence.

• Administer Treasury documentation and filing system.

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting.

• Good knowledge in finance / accounting.

• Good skills of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, writing and oral.

• Analytical, strong in problem solving and thinking skills.

• Highly motivated. Self-starter/goal-oriented, and passionate team player.

• Knowledge of SAP/ Treasury system would be helpful.
