• Manage education and training network, system and processes to ensure the quality of training programs is consistent, systematic and can be aligned with the needs of CRM team
• Establish and running training programs to ensure CRM team is technically and clinically competent
• Integrate soft skill training in the internal training programs
• Evaluate and monitor the level of required technical, clinical knowledge and soft skills in CRM team to ensure education training goals are met
• Ensure the sales force apply the acquired knowledge thru working with them in the field and collect feedback to improve internal education quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Industry Experience: 2-3 years experiences of same role in medical device or sales roles or technical support role
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in Clinical Medicine/Preventive Medicine/Bioscience and related field preferred.
3. Skills: Good English Reading, Writing and Listening, Good Computer Skills
4. Attitude: Learning positively and be interested in medical technology
8. Mobility: can travel frequently, work under pressure
