- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts, build and manage a talented team of game developers, artists, designers, and other necessary personnel. Nurture talent, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.

- Creative Oversight: Guide and contribute to the creative process, from game concept to design and development, ensuring high-quality and innovative game experiences.

- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the game development industry or related fields.

- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality games and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
