Will focus primarily on voice assistant experiences that leverage our in-vehicle voice recognition system, ASR, NLP, TTS, LLM AI technologies.
At Digital product management team, we are looking for Product Managers who will be accountable for these
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the continuous optimization of the in-vehicle voice experience. Continuously identify user pain points through experience testing, user research, data analysis, etc., and output user stories, PRD, and implementable optimization plans.
2. Starting from the user's perspective, deeply explore the feature requirements, and promote the applications of innovative tech such as AI, LLM merge with the voice experience.
3. Be responsible for the requirement analysis, functional design, prioritization of new features. Collaborate with tech team, marketing and other teams, coordinate resources from all parties, and drive the implementation of new features.
4. Be responsible for researching the dynamics of the in-vehicle voice trends, collect and understand benchmarking info, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies.
Candidate Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital product development, preferably in voice assistant or AI-related product management in Automotive industry.
•Ability to develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for voice products to support various functions and domains, aligning with company strategy and priorities
•Strong understanding of voice interaction and development processes. High sensitivity to user experience, and a high degree of control over details.
•Have an innovative mindset and pay attention to cutting-edge technologies.
•Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand the feasibility and challenges of technical implementations.
•Proficient in using analytics tools to gather insights and improve the product based on user feedback and data.
•Familiarity with voice assistant-related technologies (such as ASR, NLP, TTS, LLM) and experience AI-related in-vehicle products is a plus.
•Relevant experience in the automotive industry; experience in start-up EV (Electric Vehicle) companies is highly preferred.
•Experience working in an agile development environment, managing Sprints and iterative releases.
•Basic technical knowledge to understand technical challenges and implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing the launch and implementation of product
•Ability to collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
