CRM planning and management
* CRM strategy and CRM ecosystem/programs development to active the current consumer base and enlarge high quality TA consumer base growth with high retention rate, to achieve KPI and benefit to sales and business.
* CRM budget/ROI management and KPI management.
* Elixir brand membership club management to improve consumer engagement performance.
* Work closely with CRM agency for generating CRM campaigns/activities management and KPI formulation, to making high quality traffic based on each channel’s business objective.
* Work closely with brand communication team and EC team, by out-site and in-site CRM campaign to recruit new member and improve existing member convert rate to help achieve sales target.
* Resolve customers’ feedback/complain/complaint related with brand membership club.
* Monitor the consumer behavior change to improve purchase conversion and investment ROI. Explore and find business growth opportunities from consumer data analysis.
Other Brand data Projects
* Category and brand growth identify through Market opportunity research & big data analysis
* Work with CMI dept and agency and lead brand development project
• Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Data Analysis, Marketing, Communication, etc.)
• Over 5 years of CRM related experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in Data analysis in Beauty or Consumer Goods industries. In house(brand)or agency background.
• Budget, timeline, and multi-function management skills
• Ability and experience to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
• Excel and PPT skill is must, presentation skill is a plus.
