Brand digital plan and execution:

• Support Elixir brand communication manager to do brand digital communication planning and execution in social & media platforms

• Data driven and KPI driven, be responsible for digital investment KPI, aim to drive brand awareness, product interest, and engagement, at the same time, accumulate TA assets for sales conversion.

• Budget and ROI control, keep monitor the digital investment efficiency, be quick action for the execution modifying to achieve the result.

• Be open minded and on trend, deeply understand how to get successful result in each digital platform.

• Work closely together with sales and trade team, use digital way to drive high quality traffics to both online and offline sales channel.

Campaign support and execution

• Fully understand consumer insights, brand vision, product positioning and business target, to translate into relevant functions the person in charge of in the campaign

• Help to land storytelling of product on digital platform, ensuring consistency, efficiency and virality.

Cross-team Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate closely with BH, Marketing, cross-function teams, and Agencies to create IMC campaign plan and media social strategy.

• Provide sensitive feedback and support for channel request and integrate it into IMC plan.

• Develop efficiencies and improve effectiveness of the working process.

Budget control

• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing in in Beauty or Consumer Goods industries, Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Marketing, Communication, etc)

• Have experience for hands on doing digital planning and execution, up-to-date for social and digital trend in the skincare market.

• Ability and experience to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

• Superior organizational skills and project management skill, plus Commercial awareness
