职位描述

As a *Talent Scout Executive*, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and building a strong retail talent pipeline. You will work closely with business units to scout, engage, and secure the best-in-class retail talent for critical roles. Your goal will be to ensure that we not only fill immediate positions but also nurture future leaders who share our passion for excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Identification & Acquisition:

- Scout and source top retail talent through various channels, including networking, social media, events, and direct outreach.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of future talent to meet the leadership and retail staffing needs of the business.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure candidates align with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives.

Strategic Partnership:

- Partner with key business stakeholders to anticipate talent needs for business-critical roles and new capabilities.

- Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to influence recruitment strategies.

- Leverage market intelligence and industry knowledge to proactively attract high-potential candidates.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

- Build strong relationships with high-potential candidates, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.

- Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying our passion, values, and ethos in all interactions.

Talent Pipeline Management:

- Develop a robust succession plan for key positions by identifying and cultivating high-potential leaders within the retail and business sectors.

- Organize talent mapping and assessments to ensure we are prepared for future growth and leadership transitions.

任职条件

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent scouting, preferably within luxury retail or a fashion environment.

- Proven track record in identifying and recruiting retail talent.

- Strong networking abilities and a passion for connecting with high-potential talent.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of market trends, competitor insights, and talent acquisition strategies within the fashion or luxury industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
