Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute molecular biology, biochemical and cell-based functional assays including but not limiting to RT-PCR, ELISA, multi-color flow cytometry and ELISPOT.

• Prior experience with human PBMC assay is a plus.

• Analyze data, Document the results in a detailed manner in Laboratory journal and in internal Databases and present results at research meetings.

• Supports other projects as assigned.

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Education:

• Master's Degree with 5+ years of working experience or PhD with 1-3 years of working experience in molecular biology/immunology/cell biology or a related discipline

Must Have

• Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast paced and dynamic environment. At least 1 year of industry experience in the field of biopharmaceuticals.

• Demonstrated experience with biochemical and cell-based assay development. Understanding of target-pathway relationships for the design of robust functional assays

• Expertise with cell/tissue culture and multi-color flow cytometry.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software.
