Marketing strategy development
•Develop Core TA strategy linked to overall brand strategy and current brand condition, possessing the ability to gain in-depth understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and trends to apply to the overall marketing strategy.
•Establish the marketing strategy by clarifying our brand/products positioning
•Craft communication plan upon brand overall strategy to find the best way to promote the brand and product, connect with the target audience and build sustainable long lasting brand equity
•Form a coherent plan and direction across all key marketing functions including digital, social, media, PR, CRM, creatives etc. with the right resource planning and key focus for each and develop appropriate KPI
•Ensure smooth funnel from marketing communication to business conversion as strong root driver of the brand growth.
Campaign design and management
•Fully understand the consumer insight, brand vision, product positioning and business target, Lead effective IMC campaign strategy and plan to deliver brand message and KPI.
•Manage and set guideline for brand contents delivery incl. global content adaptation, local social content production, own media content and KOL contents
•Help to socialize the storytelling of product, ensuring consistency, efficiency and virality.
•Leverage marketing efforts to support business growth and development.
Cross-team Collaboration & Communication
•Consistently collaborate closely with BH, Marketing, cross-function teams and Agencies
•Provide sensitive feedback and support for channel request and integrate it into IMC plan.
•Develop efficiencies and improve effectiveness of the working process.

•Over 10 years of communication related experience.
•Experienced in leading the teams
•Strategic thinking and precise execution
•Strong ownership and leadership
•Result driven and hands-on attitudes and possessing the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressures
•Ability and experience to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
•Superior organizational skills and project management skill, plus Commercial awareness
•Solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
•Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等
•Education: Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Marketing, Communication, etc.)
•Background: at least 5 years’ experience in marketing in FMCG or retail industries
•Language: Good oral and written skill in English (CET 6/BEC/TEM-4, etc)
•Japanese skill is plus.
•Skill: excel and PPT skill is must, presentation skill is a plus
