•Monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure cost (IDC, non-IDC, wastage ) meet target

•Conduct quality control ( daily meeting, Q activities) on mass production to ensure good quality standards execution

•Drive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving.

•Risk management in ECR , 4M1E change management

•Ensure timely closure of defined corrective measures from customer complaint or internal detections through entire value stream

•Safe launch, planning and management of new product/process/MAE

•Lead Q improvement projects

•Ensure 14 Q basic conducted in value stream

•Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Mechanical related majors.

•Over 3 years’ quality management experience in automotive industry

•Good knowledge with Quality Management method/tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.

•Basic Knowledge of quality management system ISO9001, IATF16949(or VDA
