职位描述

1. SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and allocating the various tasks that being implemented by his technicians and provide all technical and logistics support to make sure that his maintenance team can perform daily tasks in a safe and efficient way.

Provide technical support and be the technical interface between the field and the factories.

Prepare technical reports.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule taking into consideration the manpower and projects status changes.

• Allocate the daily tasks to the technicians as per the workload and daily requirements.

• Support his team in any technical or logistic requirements.

• Ensure that all the team can perform the PM protocol and make regular site visits to ensure the quality of the implemented PM and site safety condition.

• Coordinate with the customer when needed to perform any planned task.

• Ensure all company initiatives are in place as per the communicated time schedule.

• Review the ASSA audits and assign the appropriate actions.

• Review and approve the timesheets of his team on daily basis.

• Give technical support to the costumer on site.

• Provide technical support to the maintenance team.

• Assist the service sales team in preparing cost estimation, quotation and technical submission.

• Contact the factories and collect technical information and solution, regarding problems that the field could face.

• Provide site inspections to check the quality of the unit, as well as the quality of the servicing.

• Prepare Technical Service Reports or field evaluations and inspections

• Carry out service routine, repair, support, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of lifts.

• Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship.

• Schedule of daily activities of specified areas of service including manpower planning and work schedules.

3. Authorities

• Give initial technical assessments to the customer after coordinating with service engineer.

• Respond to any safety violation from his team and give the appropriate disciplinary action.

• Meeting the client to resolve any pending issues.

• Reporting to Engineer any issue at site.

• To communicate any safety issues with tech and take necessary actions.

任职条件

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical engineering). Experience: Between 5-15 years of experience in the elevator industry.

Be proficient in both English and Chinese

Be able to accomplish a full installation/Maintenance of an elevator, find mistakes and solve breakdowns.
