职位描述

This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing channel partner network to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of channel dynamics, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

 

 

 

• Channel Strategy Development and Management

-Design and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.

-Identify and prioritize key channel partners

-Integrate and optimize wholesale channels for hearing aid and accessory products combing with customer demand, regional differences, formulate product differentiation channel sales strategy to enhance product competitiveness in the market

• Partner Relationship Management

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.

-Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.

-Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Sales Enablement

-Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies.

-Develop key metrics to track and monitor distributors performance

-Monitor and analyze distributors performance and evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels providing actionable insights to improve results.

-Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources.

• Revenue Growth

-Drive revenue growth through channel partners by setting clear targets and tracking progress.

-Identify new business opportunities and work with partners to capitalize on them.

-Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management for channel sales.

• Market Expansion

-Explore and establish new channel partnerships to enter untapped markets.

-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and sales operations, to align channel strategies with business objectives.

-Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

 

任职条件

1. Bachelor degree above

2.8-12 years of working experience , at least 5-8 years in integrating wholesale channels, familiar with channel management and optimization processes.

3. Ability to work under pressure Creativity and ability to change

4. Willingness to perform and result orientation

5.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies.

6.Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
