What will be your key responsibilities?

•

A key contributor and capable line manager to high quality China tax compliance and reporting, and tax talent growth.

•

Support driving tax functional agenda for synergies, efficiencies by in-team and cross-functional collaboration.

•

Be a point of contact for Business Units, Corporate T&B teams providing functional expertise.

•

Finishing day-to-day tax activities, ensuring Business Units meet tax obligations and objectives.

What are we looking for?

•

Bachelor and above degree with additional professional accounting / tax / qualifications.

•

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in tax in a top MNC / FMCG environment with comprehensive experience in Tax Policy & Procedures, Tax Compliance & Reporting, Tax Digitalization, Tax Controversy & Transfer Pricing, Tax Planning, Managing Tax Risks

•

Prior experience with a Big 4 in tax is a definite plus.

•

High learning agility to preempt any business impact.

•

Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

•

Highly motivated, highly organized and results driven
