Job Summary:

1) Cash and Bank management, Bank draft, bank guarantee management and SAFE

2) Collect, organize, analyze and report government statistical data on timely and accuracy basis

Cash and Bank

•Perform Cash& Bank daily/monthly operation and reconciliations to ensure operation quality. e.g., manual payment, Bank draft management, etc.

•Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs

•Ensure timely update legal info keep same as bank info.

•SAFE regulation interpretation and monitor.

•Prepare and analyze cash and bank-related financial reports

•Coordinate with other function.

•Other tasks assigned by manager. Statistics

• Collect relevant statistical data from various departments, agencies, or external source

• Prepare statistical reports in accordance with government requirements

• Coordinate with relevant government department and agency to ensure timely reports and resolve issues promptly

•Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting/finance or related

•Over 2 years Cash& Bank working experience/or multiple finance function working experience

•Proficiency in accounting software(e.g. SAP) and MS Excel

•Familiarity with government statistical reporting processes and requirements.

•Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

•Solid knowledge of cash & bank, well know payment process and tools

•Knowledge of national statistical laws, regulations, and policies

•Good communication skills and the ability to communicate in both Chinese & English effectively in writing and speaking
