This role is to manage Avene product portfolio. Work closely with Marketing Manager to manage new product launch and pillar repromoted campaign with holistic plan from consumer insight, positioning, registration, forecasting, pricing, communication assets, launch planning, execution and review. Integrate all function’s supporting and follow up.
Product development Leadership is needed. Collaborate with R&D and conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive gaps.
Also, fully manage POSM & Promotion development on time and with good quality. Successfully handle vendors and keep communication with cross function, especially with sales force.
Product portfolio management:
- Pricing strategy development
- Portfolio optimization (SKU listing and delisting, inc. salable, travel size, sample and tester, etc.)
- Distribution channel optimization
- New launch and promotion (kit & sampling) strategy
- Registration follow up (inc. naming, wording, packaging, labelling)
- Product improvement & innovation
Manage new launch and re-promote campaign with integrated plan
- Market performance & competitors analysis
- Consumer insight study
- Product story (inc. technical sheet, ingredients & benefits, clinical study, dermo education, etc.)
- Campaign TA, positioning and concept
- Pricing and forecasting with omnichannel
- Kit and sampling strategy
- GWP development and production
- Launch planning ATL & BTL, execution and review
Market intelligence
- Market and category panel data report
- Consumer research
- Competitor tracking and analysis
Develop marketing assets (KV, POSM, leaflets, EC PDP, etc.)
Channel Management
1) Create Tmall exclusive and pre-launch SKUs with tailor-made programs (inc. launch plan, IP collaboration, MKTG assets, etc.) to improve AIPL.
2) Annual DE kit & Sampling plan by channel
- Component’s development
- Qty allocation based on the channel needs
- Timeline management
- Concept, design, production and delivery
- Monthly sell out analysis
3)Lead and guide TM, Training, VM and CRM for target setting and result tracking within strategy and guideline
4)Other supporting (inc. co-op activities, POSM, lightbox master KV, display tray, Product deck for channel presentation, etc.)
At least 2 years solid product marketing experience from cosmetics industry with product management independently
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Open minded, detail-oriented, willing to learn
Hands-on working experience, highly responsible and independently
Effective communication skills and strong analytical ability
Reliable and teamwork spirit
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
