职位描述

1.Consumer-centric Nutrition Portfolio Strategy

Accelerate new business growth by planning long-term emerging channel portfolio strategy, to capture new trend and channel shift momentum

2.Nutrition Innovation Development

Launch meaningful and scalable innovations to tackle shopper unmet needs in emerging channels.

Craft claim strategy, occasion-relevant packaging innovation and drive effective PPA design.

3.Brand Penetration Building

Build Quaker brand penetration in diverse occasions with effective consumer education communication and in-store experience design

任职条件

-Bachelor and above, at least 5 years of marketing experiences with proven success in FMCG innovation

-Experienced in new product development (must-have)

-Outstanding influencing skill and interpersonal skill, able to drive efficiency and clarity when handling projects with high complexity

-Strong business acumen and consumer/market centric thinking

-Self-motivated, high agility, result-driven mindset, excellent in managing multiple tasks

-Fluent in English, excellent in presentation skills

Differentiating Competencies Required:

-Customer-oriented mindset, with strong presentation skills: the role will be responsible for customer sell-in of PEP strategy and innovation pipeline, hence requires strong communication skill

-Entrepreneurship, resilience and “test and learn” spirit

-Able to work with high complexity: the role will lead 50 people from all categories to drive speed to market result, which requires strong critical thinking and clear mind

-Strong learning agility: curious to learn and adapt learnings to daily work

-Strong capability to explore in the unknown and uncertain context, knows how to deal with ambiguity

-Strong ownership and proactive to come up with creative solutions when in front obstacles
