职位介绍：
维护计划专员主要通过在SAP，MAXIMO和Business Object系统来获取采购和财务数据，以便根据需求进行下一步分析，协调中央车间的所有可计划维护工作。另外，维护计划专员还具备开发渠道和采购能力。
工作内容：
• 遵守公司的法律法规，对所有客人和演职人员的安全做出承诺。
• 按照公司标准在 Maximo 中设置预防性维护、工作计划、资产和工具等。
• 设定最佳的维护计划减少设备停机时间以及对生产影响。
• 熟悉MAXIMO系统，通过系统对材料和备件进行管理确保每月日常维护工作。管理库存并跟踪采购订单状态及时反馈给经理并进行PUSH。
• 关于综合设施规划IFP 以及特殊项目,需要和经理沟通协调后制定适配的计划，定期review并及时更新计划。
• 计划以及协调内部生产,QAQC 流程和客户以确保项目顺利交付。
• 根据业务需求提交相关报告。
• 使用MAXIMO(库存数据库)管理库存并跟踪订单状态。与内部合作伙伴沟通，解决任何与库存相关的问题。

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Planning Specialist is responsible for generating maintenance, procurement and financial data from the SAP, MAXIMO & Business Object system for analysis on demand basis, coordinating all plannable maintenance work in Central Shops. Additionally, Maintenance Planning Specialist acts as a professional sourcing and procurement buyer for goods and services.
What You’ll Do:
• Follow all required policy and procedures to ensure commitment to the safety of all Guests and Cast Members.
• Setup the Preventive Maintenance, Job Plans, Assets and Tools in Maximo in compliance with the company standard or the best practice.
• Schedule maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production.
• Be familiar with MAXIMO and supportive to MONTHLY work assignment and implementation material and spare parts management.
• Coordinate with the Service Engineer/Manager to create the plan for the Integrated Facility Planning (IFP) and the Special Projects.
• Coordinate with the site work maintenance between the end users and the vendors to ensure with business standard.
• Plan and coordinate all stakeholders (both internal and external) to manage the project, in-house production, and QAQC process.
• Maintain parts inventory, monitor, and track for the target delivery time of goods or services.
• Manage the time-efficient reports to internal and external partners per business needs.
• Use MAXIMO (inventory database) to manage the inventory and track the PO status. Interact with internal partners to address any inventory-related issues.
