•Implement training programs for software engineering, system engineering, UML, and System ML
•Customize/develop training materials to meet the specific needs and challenges of BOSCH China
•Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
•Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
•Support software and artificial intelligence strategy topics.
• Research and analyze market trends and competitive landscape related to SW and AI
