The HR SSC (Human Resources Shared Services Center) Lifecycle Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing the HR lifecycle processes within the HR SSC. This includes leading a team of HR professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The Team Leader will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide strategic support to the HR function
1. Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
2. HR Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR services, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
Ensure that all processes are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
3. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to improve HR processes.
4. Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to all employees and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with employment law and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
5. Data Management:
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS.
Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve HR service delivery.
6. Strategic Support:
Collaborate with other HR functions and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance HR operations and support business objectives.
7. Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure value for money.
8. Project Management:
Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives.
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. English can be a working language
