•Lead to develop EP portfolio and brand strategy to solidify PEP strong position in Indulgence space as complementary to PC to meet consumers’ SNK repertoire consumption needs
•Develop EP innovation strategy and pipelines, identifying innovation opty. based on deep consumer insight and needs anchor in critical market, occasion and channel
•Partner with CMO and strategy team to identify the gap of capability, resources to build a solid business anchoring in EP
•Closely partner with global team, to lift and scale global best practices of building Doritos, Cheetos and Popcorner
•Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver the best creative content efficiently and effectively
•Work closely with sales team to ensure successful landing of new campaigns (and products) into the market
•Bachelor degree or above
•10 year+ solid brand marketing experience with consumer-centric mindset and strong business acumen
•Strong capability to build and execute strategies that deliver top and bottom line results; P&L decisions. Keeping revenues and cost in balance. Making the tough financial decisions
•Ability to build and execute brand plans and innovation pipeline through essential strong marketing and innovation skills
•FMCG brand marketing and business building experience
•Innovation expertise, with detailed process knowledge across functions
•Strong business acumen, end-to-end commercial mindset
•Strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team, build strong organization capability and talent and create a trust and engaging environment
•Strong background in innovation and portfolio management
