Core Objectives

- Lead NVH development for upper-column systems to meet customer requirements

- Deliver solutions for NVH issues and drive continuous performance improvement

- Support mass production launch and EoL (End-of-Line) validation

- Enhance cross-functional collaboration and supplier technical capabilities

Key Responsibilities

#Product Development#

- Lead acoustic development and testing planning for steering column systems

- Coordinate lab testing per customer requirements and analyze data

#Problem Resolution#

- Investigate customer noise complaints and conduct on-site troubleshooting

- Support suppliers in resolving noise issues and improving acoustic analysis skills

#Production Support#

- Monitor plant mass production launch and EoL effectiveness

- Contribute technical solutions for new project acquisition

#Knowledge Management#

- Develop standardized documentation (WI) for NVH processes

- Lead regular alignment with project teams, plants, and HQ (Eschen)

- Document best practices and share technical insights

- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

1. Education & Skills

- Bachelor’s or higher in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering

- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), German (preferred)

- Software: Proficient in HEAD Acoustics NVH tools & MS Office

2. Experience

- Bachelor’s candidates: ≥1 year of NVH engineering experience

- Master’s candidates: Fresh graduates accepted; academic/research projects in NVH or automotive systems are a plus

- Preferred exposure: Cross-functional project collaboration; Basic understanding of EoL processes or supplier audits

3. Technical Expertise

- NVH testing (HEAD Acoustics software, facility/ECU operation)

- EoL validation, supplier audits, motor noise analysis
