• Support the sale team to grow the business by using technical knowledge in the legwear applications.

• Working with R&D and site TSO about trouble shooting in Covering/Weaving/D&F process to improve the quality.

• Provide technical support to customers for problem-solving.

• Conduct the prove-out test in mills to evaluate the new product and final commercialization for keeping our product in as trade leader position.

• Convert the new technology in the Legwear process.

• Capture the new business opportunity by developing new fabric with new products and innovation platforms and deliver the result.

• Support the marketing team from the technical part to promote the new concept to downstream customers.

Essential Criteria:

• 3-5 years of mills (legwear related) based working experience is preferred, familiar with fabric developed based on the market trend.

• General knowledge of AJC/Weaving/D&F process, brands.

• Good communication skills, team player

• Self-motivated, open mind

• Independent working capability

• Good English in oral and writing

Desired Criteria

• 5-7 years mill based in legwear part, special in fabric development is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Covering/Weaving/D&F process.

• Strong ownership and initiative.

• Working experience in multi-national companies is preferred.
