Responsibilities:

1. The position incumbent need to be responsible for I&E attributes target setting and development, Attribute target deliverable, engineering requirement sign off robustly for China LVEA Programs.

2. Develop and establish more customer centralized ergo assessment process/criteria that embraces BEVness cabin, control & button layout, HMI harmony and interior design.

3. User experience originated design concept development for control, storage and charging.

Responsibility per milestone:

Lead vehicle level attribute target set, engineering development and design verification:

•Prior PSC - Responsible for:

•Ford/Lincoln requirement cascade

•Studio design theme assessment

•Control Layout & Usage developing

•PSC to FDJ - Responsible for:

•Studio surface and C&M assessment and issue resolution

•Engineering specification assessment and issue resolution

•Control Layout Storage &Usage update and maintenance

•Deviation process

•Design assessment completion and FEDE DVP sign off

•DCV to FEC - Responsible for:

•Prototype vehicle objective physical testing and issue resolution

•Prototype vehicle subjective evaluation and sign off

•Blue tag approval

•Physical test completion and FEDE DVP sign off.

Support vehicle launch events:

•Technically support JV partner for Ford LQOS system as required.

•Support the design issues solution during launch events.

•Support launch drive events as LVEA representative.

Qualifications:

• Education

• Education Qualification: Engineering Related Degree

• No. of Years of Experience> 3 years

• Clear logic for mind expression

• Good vehicle drive and evaluation skill

• Strong interest of automotive industry

• Strong vehicle engineering knowledge

• Outstanding communication skills

• Prior Ergonomic experience.

• Familiar with General Product Development Process.

• Proven organizational and leadership ability
