Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vehicle thermal management system attribute target define, development, deliver, test and sign off;

• Support cross team work to deliver related vehicle attribute, e.g. VEME, NVH, water management, cabin clean air and so on;

• Lead TMS sub-system development to achieve overall vehicle function and attribute target, including air handling system, refrigerant sub-system, electronic Auto AC system calibration, ;

• Independently lead and complete vehicle TMS attribute test at vehicle level;

• Responsible for simulation result analysis and driving improvement action, including cabin 3D CFD, and 1D performance simulation and optimization;

• Lead industry frontier features and attribute exploring and development;

• Responsible for attribute issue analysis, fixing and report out;

• Responsible for program status, milestone deliver review and report to management;

• Mechanical or Electric bachelor or master degree;

• Fundamental knowledge of vehicle thermal management system;

• 3 year or above engineering work experience on thermal management related work;

• Strong sense of customer experience and need

• Good at both Chinses and English communication;

• Strong ownership and demand for result;

• Work overtime and business trip for CWT test and road test;

• Team player.
