岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
•
Analyse the market trend, customer, platform and legal requirements, requirement transformation from vehicle to components.
分析市场趋势,客户,平台项目和法律法规需求,车辆级别到控制元件需求转换
•
Filed and customer feedback/complaint analysis and support, and create lesson learnt mechanism to continue optimize product.
协助售后团队分析客户反馈,优化产品设计
•
Distribute system requirement to domain(HW, SW, ME, etc.) requirement
系统级别需求分解到硬件,软件以及结构等
•
Lead or support DCU, drive system or vehicle benchmarking
领导或者支持驱动控制单位,驱动系统或者车辆竞品分析
•
Track the latest technological trends in the market, Lead or support Innovation project including cooperation with GB, CTG, PRM and ENG team
跟踪行业最新技术趋势,领导或者支持创新项目,包括与别的事业部,财务,产品经理和工程团队的合作
•
Perform or support drive system and vehicle safety and security analysis
执行和支持驱动系统和车辆安全性分析
•
Specify, perform and review interfaces between different units or modules
提出,执行和审核不同模块或单元之间的接口
•
Specify and review system design specification
提出和审核系统设计规格书
•
Join system integration, qualification, safety relevant test
参与系统集成,认证和安全相关的测试
•
Set up vehicle force simulation model and derive system torque/speed/efficiency requirement
建立车辆力学仿真模型,获取系统扭矩/速度/效率需求
•
Coordination with global team for new customer acquisition
与全球团队协作开发,包括新客户获取和软件
1.
教育背景:本科或以上学历,电气工程、电力电子、电机与电气及相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above in electrical Engineering power electronic, motor and electrical and related major
2.
工作背景:至少3年电驱动系统工作经验等;
At least 3 years’ experience in electrical drive system, familiar with motor control, embedded system, power electrics, etc.
3.
英文:CET-4级以上
CET4 or above.
4.
软件:熟练需求管理和常用测试软件
DNG, CANoe, INCA
5.
能力要求:

•
熟练掌握CAD设计工具(如SolidWorks、CATIA等)和仿真工具(如ANSYS、MATLAB等)。
Proficient in CAD design tools (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) and simulation tools (such as ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.).
•
具备电机控制、电池管理系统(BMS)或传动系统设计经验者优先。
Experience in motor control, battery management systems (BMS), or transmission system design is preferred.
•
较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
