职位描述

确保使用凯悦的DCP销售哲学和销售原则,做到专业的销售拜访。Ensures professional sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and DCP philosophies.

协助以及贯彻执行所有在销售部重要事项及解决方案和3个月行动计划中所列出的销售相关活动。Assist to prepare and implements all sales activities outlined in the Critical Sales & Marketing Issues and Resolutions and 3-month Action Plan.

认真计划销售拜访以达到销售目的。Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.

仔细了解酒店设施,特征及服务知识。Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services.

广泛关注竞争对手的动态,保持完善杰出的酒店产品知识。Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.

确保持续的高效的销售拜访,并汇报给销售总监所获得的信息及机会。Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.

提前评估并开发酒店的各种数据,开发合适的和高效的销售战略。同时提高酒店的市场份额。Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilising hotel database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.

专业的电话沟通,处理各种酒店新生意的询价,并及时跟进。Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.

任职条件

拥有酒店或旅游管理相关学位或文凭。2年以上销售经理或销售主管工作经验。必须具备良好的解决问题、管理和人际交往能力。

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
