职位描述

The Senior Total Reward Analyst plays a critical role in providing expert guidance, coordination, and support for the effective implementation of total reward programs, policies, and practices across the APAC and China regions for all group companies in line with the Sonova Group Total Reward policies. The goal is to align these programs with Global Total Reward guidance and market best practices, thereby attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Additionally, the analyst provides strategic counsel, training, and support to the APAC and China Human Resources teams as needed, all while supporting the company's overarching strategic objectives.

 

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive within the medical device industry in APAC and China. Actively monitor industry trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our total rewards strategy.

• Participate in salary and benefits benchmark surveys to gather relevant market data and analyze trends if necessary. Collaborate with external consulting firms and industry associations to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data collected.

• Regularly review and update salary structures to reflect market changes and organizational growth and ensure alignment with the company's overall talent strategy.

• Support the implementation of new compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives in the APAC and China regions e.g. annual salary review cycle, annual EEAP nomination cycle etc.

• Partner with HRBP to conduct job evaluations for all APAC and China roles, ensuring consistent application of job evaluation methodologies and that job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role. Assist HRBPs in reviewing and auditing compensation adjustment proposals to ensure alignment with global guidelines. Analyze employee and job data to identify issues or trends. Work with local SSC and global TR project team to implement changes. Utilize advanced data analytics tools to gain deeper insights into employee and job data and develop actionable recommendations for improving our total rewards programs.

• Operate in compliance with all local Laws.

• Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to negotiate plans and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring that our benefits programs are cost-effective and meet the needs of our employees.

任职条件

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Statistics, business, Finance/Economy, or related field

2. World at Work credentials (CCP-Certified Compensation Professional or some module completion) Nice to have

3.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in broad-based compensation & Benefits, preferably in an agile global organization especially in Asia region. Consulting Firm (Mercer/AON/WTW) background will be a plus

4. Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment; ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues at different levels across the organization

5.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to adjust approach to effectively interact with various levels across the organization

6. English and Chinese, fluent . Other Asia Language is a plus

7. Advanced Excel Skills: proficient computer skills, demonstrated experience with data analysis tools e.g. Pivot Table, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint. Experience with HCM systems such as ADP and SAP Success Factors, and Knowledge of Python and application is a plus

8. Experience with evaluating and benchmarking jobs; presentation skills; strong organizational skills
