Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end development of technical tender proposals for different projects of monopiles, jackets, transition pieces, floaters platforms etc., including review of design specifications and preparation of all technical documents, such as plans, methodologies, procedures, schedules etc.

2. Perform deep-dive analysis of client RFQ/RFP requirements. Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate technical-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment of engineering solutions with cost/time constraints.

3.Engage in client technical negotiation/clarification meetings and deliver customized engineering solutions.

4. Partner with design teams to deliver preliminary technical packages during bidding phase, including structural simulations, material selection matrices, corrosion protection plans, with deliverables of 3D models, technical drawings, and calculation reports.

5. Deconstruct technical solutions into cost components. Provide granular inputs for BOM (Bill of Materials) lists and labor-hour estimates based on process engineering standards.

6. Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., EN 1090, AWS D1.1) and emerging technologies (e.g., modular construction, IoT-based monitoring) to inform bid strategies.

7. Conduct competitor technical benchmarking to identify differentiation opportunities in areas like lifecycle costs or constructability.

8. Implement risk-aware design reviews to mitigate technical bid risks (e.g., geotechnical uncertainties, supply chain bottlenecks). Develop contingency protocols.

9. Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory certifications (e.g., CE marking, welding procedure qualifications).

10. Execute smooth technical handover to project execution teams, including constructability reviews and mobilization-phase support.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

2. 5-7 years of technical bidding experience in EPC projects, with at least 2 offshore wind or marine engineering project bids actively involved.

3. English proficiency (CET-6 or equivalent, e.g., CEFR B2/C1), capable of drafting technical documentation and leading business negotiations.

4. Preferred: Relevant project experience (EPC, offshore wind, etc.) and client-facing expertise.
