Responsibilities:
Lead assigned business team to identify and pipeline the new business opportunities
Establish critical metrics to manage the key achievements of the projects, e.g. revenue, targeted account numbers, channel performance
Work with regional sales team and dealers to provide professional support, to increase the market coverage, brand awareness and customer satisfactions
Has strong involvement in cross selling program with other divisions
Implement the product strategy and promotion program, also drive business growth through workshops, seminars, conferences
Develop distribution network and collaborate with dealers to achieve assigned target
Collect market intelligence and latest information on competitor activities
Build solid relationships with existing key accounts, customers and lead team to win important projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Biology or Medicine related degree, Master is preferred
Minimum of 6 years of meaningful work experience in sales functions in life sciences, analytical or capital equipment industry
Strong leadership with highly influential skills, able to drive cross-functional projects
Excellent oral and written English communications skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Strong organization savvy and time management skills
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time
